Why you should add Rehearsal Dinner coverage to your Wedding Collection

Last year we met Phil and Sam the night before their wedding at their rehearsal dinner/welcome party. They had a smaller group of their wedding guests (closest family and friends) gather with them for drinks and then a picnic-inspired dinner at their venue, Newagen Seaside Inn. Newagen is a great venue on the coast of Maine which is a spot where all your guests can stay in the same place and enjoy the views of the water, their restaurant and other amenities they have to offer. We have covered many rehearsal dinners throughout the years and have always found that it is a great way for us to get to know who the key people at the wedding will be and have them get used to have a professional photographer there to document the event. It is also a wonderful way to document more candids and portraits of all your favorite people in a different setting than on your wedding day. Many photographers have a photography collection that includes rehearsal dinner coverage or have it as an add on and it’s a great investment if you’re looking for another way to capture your guests on your wedding weekend!
