Jef & Jodi's Wedding in Bar Harbor, Maine

Jef & Jodi was our first wedding in Maine this summer (7-7-07!) and it was a great way to kick off our summer! Jodi and I had been emailing back and forth for at least 3 months before their wedding and discovered we have a LOT in common. She is a Photojournalism student (as I was) in Chicago and we share a love of film and plastic cameras, in addition to many other things. We were honored that another photographer wanted us to shoot her wedding! We headed up to Bar Harbor, ME for the wedding on a Friday night and spent the afternoon hanging out in town and then met up with the family for a sunset trolley ride up Cadillac Mountain so they could have a toast with their family and friends! The wedding was on Saturday at the Bar Harbor Inn, a gorgeous spot right on the ocean for a wedding, and although there was the threat of rain, the weather ended up being perfect! Their ceremony was short and sweet and followed by a wonderful reception at the Inn. We had a great time meeting their family and spending time with Jef & Jodi and wish them the best!
